The Sauna

The Sauna consists of two rooms: one sauna room, and one shower with separate claw foot tub, sink, carpet and chairs.
Each room appx 12 x 12 = 288 sq ft total.
Outside deck front: 44 x 17 = 748 sq ft
Side decks: 13 x 9 = 117 sq ft
There is an appx 400 gallon sunken cold tub in deck, and flower boxes around perimeter of deck: 12” wide and 15” high.
